Dear MACH Partner,
As the global effect of coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, MACH Networks is firmly committed to the health and safety of our partners and employees. We are closely monitoring the changing situation, and complying with public health guidance.
To that end, we’ve taken steps to minimize the exposure of our employees and partners. Our configuration and shipping team members are now working in shifts, and our technical support team is responding to support calls from their homes. We’ve increased our protocols in sanitizing surfaces prior to shipping, and limits have been placed on adding new customers to help ensure we can continue to fulfill new orders for our existing partners. In addition, we have added additional inventory of our most common products to ensure we have enough routers and modems to fulfill the upcoming requirements of our existing customers in the event of an equipment shortage.
As new information becomes available, management is keeping our team informed so they can respond swiftly and appropriately. While the circumstances continue to change, and we modify our operations as necessary, we thank you for your patience and cooperation.
